We contacted Burgess Estate Sales after a different estate sale company backed out on us only 1 week before the sale was supposed to happen. We had to have our sale that week due to new owners taking possession of the house the week after so we were in a tough spot.
Kevin and his team responded right away and came out the same day to do a walkthrough of the property. Despite it being extremely short notice, they agreed to take on our sale. They quickly priced and staged the property and got the listing advertised right away. The 3-day sale went very well and we were happy with the proceeds. They also arranged for the removal of unsold items from the house and did some light cleaning afterwards.
We received a report of the items that sold for $100 or more and our share of the proceeds was transferred to us within a few days.
