We used Burgess Estate Sales in May to sell an elderly relative’s household goods. From start to finish Burgess was efficient, trustworthy and great to work with. Kevin and his team worked for several days ahead of the sale to organize and price items. The sale took place for three days. When they were finished there was very little left and the house was left clean. We were pleased with the dollar amount we received for the sale. It was a pleasure working with Burgess Estate Sales and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Never ever disappointed at a Burgess estate sale!

Amazing prices and people!!!

Kevin and Michelle and Stephanie are AMAZING!! We were so pleased that the majority of the estate sold and we weren't left with a lot left over. They priced things WELL... did their research on going rates for items. We were living in the house when we had the estate sale and they were diligently pricing and arranging items while my husband and I were still in the house - super nice, super respectful! Highly recommend their services. They also have a clean out service offering for after the sale - so simple and convenient! We made so much more money and saved so much time using them rather than trying to do it ourselves!

Burgess Estate Sales was great! Michelle and Kevin communicated well and honestly. They were hardworking and knowledgeable. They paid attention to our special requests regarding certain off-limit items. We received a large net payout for my mom's estate. The cleanout service for remaining items was worth the cost. The process was stress-free. I'd recommend them.

We are extremely happy with the services provided by Kevin and Michelle of Burgess Estate Sales. We had a tight schedule because the sale of our home was imminent. Kevin and Michelle were responsive to information we provided to them about the potential value of items going into the sale and were also responsive in the days leading up to and during the sale. They left the house empty and very clean. They provided professional, high quality services. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire an estate sale company.

We hired Kevin and Michelle Burgess of Burgess Estate Sales to run a 2 house combine sale and we’re very happy with their organization and professionalism. The outcome of the sale was higher than we expected so that is a big win for us. We also had them take care of cleaning out the house after the sale for a very fare price and I have to say, WOW, as there wasn’t even a stick left over!! I would highly recommend Burgess Estate Sales.

Very detailed and sophisticated selections but reasonable and affordable prices,

Burgess Estate Sale did a great job for us! We were only a couple of weeks away from closing on the sale of our home and had some trouble finding a group who would do an estate sale for us as we had lesser contents than others typically have but Burgess met with us and said we were perfect candidates for them. We signed a contract within a few days and the very next week, they set up the home and the following weekend had the estate sale where 85% of the belongings sold! I highly recommend them for however large your sale may need to be! Very smooth process of initial meet, contract signing, set up, estate sale and then clean out process following for items that did not sell!

Kevin and Brandy were extremely helpful and . I got some great items fairly priced and be sure to sign up for their emails to know when there are the estate sales in your area!
